What's the minimum stay?
30 consecutive days, no exceptions. The home is licensed for mid- and long-term stays only — we don't accept bookings shorter than a month.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Everything you'd expect to settle in: utilities (electricity, water, gas), high-speed Wi-Fi, full furnishings, kitchenware, linens, washer/dryer, garage & driveway parking, and access to community amenities (tennis, pickleball, fitness center).
Are pets allowed?
Yes — we're pet friendly. A $250 refundable pet security deposit applies. Please share your pet's type and size in your inquiry so we can confirm.
How does the renovation affect my stay?
The home is being refreshed in stages, and we're offering a reduced monthly rate during this period to thank you for your flexibility. There will be no work performed during your stay.
How do I check availability and book?
Look at the availability calendar above — any date showing Booked is taken, and every other date is open for inquiry. Once you've picked your dates, submit the inquiry form below with your requested start and end. We review every request manually and respond quickly to qualified inquiries.
